1. Purpose
These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") define the terms and conditions of use for the agentmaurice.ai website and the AgentMaurice platform (hereinafter "the Services"), published by AgentMaurice SAS.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
3. Description of services
AgentMaurice is an enterprise AI platform that provides tools for building, deploying, and managing AI pipelines through declarative Agent Specs. The Services include access to the platform, documentation, and technical support.
4. Registration and user accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
- Transmit viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature
- Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Circumvent security or usage limitation measures
6. Intellectual property
AgentMaurice is proprietary software. All rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including source code, algorithms, user interface, documentation, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of AgentMaurice SAS.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. This license does not confer any ownership rights in the Services.
7. User data and content
You retain ownership of your data and content uploaded to the platform. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
We commit to not using your data for any purpose other than providing the Services, except as required by law.
8. Service availability
We strive to ensure availability of the Services 24/7, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or force majeure events.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Services are provided "as is" and "as available"
- AgentMaurice SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you during the 12 months preceding the event
These limitations do not apply in cases of intentional misconduct or personal injury.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, with prior notice except in urgent cases.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow recovery, then deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. For material changes, we will inform you by email or platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In case of dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction of the registered office of AgentMaurice SAS.
13. Miscellaneous
- If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force
- Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AgentMaurice SAS regarding use of the Services
